Crashes and stability come first. Send these three things and it gets fixed faster:
- What you were doing when it happened.
- Your device model and iOS version.
- A screenshot, if you managed to catch one.
If it happened on a drive, open Support & Help in the app and tap Share drive log. It sends the app's most recent log entries, from your latest drives.

Subscribe, update your card, cancel or enter an access code from your account on this website. If a charge looks wrong, write in with the email on your account.

Where can I use Wayfinder?
On iPhone, in the United States.
How much does it cost?
30 days free to start. Then $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year. You subscribe on this website; your account page shows when your free period ends.
What happens when my free period or subscription ends?
Your saved trips, RV and account stay, and you can still look around Explore and preview a route on the map. Its stops, saving a trip and starting a drive wait until you subscribe; the app says “Subscribe on the website to plan and drive.” A drive already under way is never stopped.
I have an access code. Where do I enter it?
On your account page on this website. Codes can't be entered in the app. Each code works once.
Does it work without a signal?
Wayfinder needs a connection to plan routes, find stops and load maps. If you lose signal while planning, your plan stays on screen until you reconnect.
Do I have to re-enter my RV specs?
No. Your profile is entered once and carried through every screen. Routes are requested with your height, and campgrounds are checked against your length where they publish their limits.
Is my location tracked?
Wayfinder uses your location while the app is open. A trip you save keeps its places, and deleting the trip removes them. Recent stop searches are kept on your phone to load faster. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
